Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and RBI guidelines for payment aggregators. Please read this carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. Subscription Model
Leadify Pro operates on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis via Razorpay.
- Free Plan: No payment required. Available indefinitely with standard limits.
- Pro Plan (₹999/month): Monthly recurring subscription.
- Agency Plan (₹2,999/month): Monthly recurring subscription.
2. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Emailing us at leadifypro@pixelroot.in with your registered email address
- Subject line: "Cancel Subscription — [your email]"
Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the following month
- After the billing period ends, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan
- Your data (leads, templates, pipeline) is retained for 30 days after downgrade before deletion
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligible for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
- You have used fewer than 50 prospect discoveries in the current billing period
- This is your first purchase of this plan (first-time refund only)
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made after 7 days from the payment date
- Renewal charges (subsequent monthly payments)
- Accounts that have substantially used the service (>50 discoveries)
- Partial months — we do not prorate subscription fees
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with Google Places API data quality (as this is a third-party service)
3.3 Technical Issues
If you experience a verified technical issue that prevented you from using the service for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours), please contact us. We will evaluate and may offer a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at leadifypro@pixelroot.in with:
- Subject: "Refund Request — [your registered email]"
- Your Razorpay Payment ID (found in your confirmation email)
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 72 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- UPI: Instant to 2 business days
- Wallets: Instant to 1 business day
Refund timelines are governed by your bank or payment provider and are beyond our control once initiated.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a chargeback.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Escalate to our grievance team at leadifypro@pixelroot.in
- File a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Contact Razorpay's dispute resolution team if the issue relates to a payment transaction
